No Frills Airline

Growing up, I use to watch The Carol Burnett Show. I was a big Tim Conway and Harvey Korman fan. Now depending on your age, you may have never heard of this show so some background is needed.

• The Carol Burnett Show was a sketch comedy television show starring Carol Burnett, Harvey Korman, Vicki Lawrence, Lyle Waggoner, and Tim Conway. It originally ran on CBS from September 11, 1967 to March 29, 1978. The series won 25 prime time Emmy Awards, and in 2007 was listed as one of Time magazine’s “100 Best TV Shows of All Time.” (From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)

The show was laugh out loud funny and created some legendary sketches that are still viewed on YouTube by millions of people today. One of these classic sketches was called “No Frills Airline.”

In this sketch, Tim Conway is put through the ringer by Carol Burnett because he’s in the No-Frills section of the airplane while Harvey Korman gets special treatment one seat ahead in First Class. Sit back and enjoy.
