In 2006, Apple Computer launched a new ad campaign on TV and its Web site which promoted Mac OS X’s Windows compatibility and lampooned Microsoft and Windows OS. The ads featured John Hodgman (The Daily Show), who represented “PC,” and Justin Long (Ed, Dodgeball, Herbie Fully Loaded), who represented “Mac.” Three years later, the campaign is still running strong.
