![]() View Website: | The GreeneryThe Greenery, the premier landscape and maintenance company in the low country, was experiencing end of life frustrations with their Avaya telephone system. A few of the major problems included parts availability, system stability, cost of service, and expensive lease renewals. They were also experiencing bandwidth limitations of T1 technology between 4 offices that was being used for data and voice connectivity. As a long-time client, they turned to Progressive to assist them in developing a solution. After careful research and client meetings, we recommended for The Greenery an entirely new infrastructure using Time Warner Fiber connections between 4 locations to exponentially increase bandwidth for data and VoiP. We also reviewed The Greenery’s existing service and identified and cancelled all of the traditional analog telephone lines and services at each remote office location and transitioned into a single point-of-entry digital service at the main office location. In addition, a new Allworx VoIP telephone system was installed at the main office, with over 50 telephone handsets distributed to desks throughout all the locations and remote. The Allworx system has enabled The Greenerys’ employees to become even more accessible and responsive to its customers. Additional services that were implemented that help increase employee productivity, save monthly cost, and the enhance the customer experience are; a simple auto attendant with directory access, presence management, unified messaging (voice mail delivered to MS Outlook as an attachment), DID numbers for key employees, and call assistant software for the front desk. We designed and implemented the above custom solution for The Greenery, Inc, to satisfy their current needs and build upon a solid platform for tomorrow.
