Haig Point

Haig Point decided to transition from their existing management company, that was also handling their IT support, to internal management. They needed an IT firm to both assist them with planning and implementing the transition, but also provide future support to their organization. Based on recommendations from other communities, and our experience with their applications and environment, they came directly to Progressive Technology for this assistance.

Haig Point posed a unique challenge due to the remote locations and limited services available at these locations. Progressive Technology work closely with their existing IT support to plan, manage, and perform the IT migration. After the migration, we worked closely with their staff to improve some of the processes and limitations of their network. This included implantation of Exchange server and improvement of their backup and disaster recovery.
