Block Hour Plan

Our Block Hour Plan was developed for business customers that know they will need regular IT support, but are not ready for managed services. These plans are instituted at a discount to our normal hourly rate.

With the Block Hour Plan the pre-purchased labor can be used for any of the services provided by Progressive. It is a simple and flexible approach to obtaining professional IT services. Incorporated into the block hour support is a routine maintenance schedule for the servers, network, and workstations.

With our Block Hour Plan you will have access to reports which itemize all the work done, and the balance of the block hours which remain. Block hours purchased do not expire. The payments are spread over up to 12 months, and the recommended hours are based on a 1 year estimate.
